House Nasa Istra (Our Istria) is located in a remote area near the village called Rim which is located on the road that leads from Rijeka through Buzet to Trieste.
The house was built in 1886 year and today has been completely restored and furnished as a holiday home for families with 2-3 children.
For the reconstruction was elected only natural and environmentally friendly materials.
On the ground floor (50 m2) is a kitchen, bathroom and storage room separate from the living room with wooden stairs leading to the floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (25m2 and 18m2) and a space for reading and relaxing. Thick stone walls and air conditioning units ensure freshness throughout the home in the hottest summer days.
Washing machine, satellite TV, DVD, radio, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and many other little things will make your life as comfortable as in your home.
Together with the terrace at guests disposal is house garden with area of 3600 m2 (lawns, flower beds, young orchard) surrounded by trees.
Staying in this home away from city noise and enjoy nature will affect you as a true anti-stress program.
For those who want a more active holiday in the vicinity there is the possibility of hiking, horseback riding, paragliding, ....
The famous tourist places in the sea (Opatija, Rovinj, Porec, Rovinj, Umag ...) can be reached in about 30 minutes drawing by car.
