Our guest house offers you two different types of apartments
APARTMENTS:
4 +2 pers. Apartments: ca.60qm, two rooms with double bed, living room with sofa bed, dining area,
satellite TV and like new kitchen, toilet / bath, air-conditioning.
Each room has a spacious balcony with patio furniture.
2 +1 pers. Studioappartmens: ca.50qm, spacious living area with double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning,
comfortable kitchen with dining area, WC / shower and a small room with sofa bed.
The studio apartment has a large terrace with sea view ca.30qm and furniture (chairs, table, umbrella)
THE HOUSE:
Enough parking space, covered outdoor barbecue with seating for warm summer evenings in our garden, at
self-service organic seasonal fruit / vegetables such as
May / June: cherries, July / August: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, zucchini, September / October:
tangerines, oranges, lemons.
BEACH:
Ca.200m from your apartment is a 1km long pebble beach located with a beachbar and a fabulous view of
the Kastela Riviera and the islands of Brac, Ciovo and the capital of Dalmatia, Split
IMPORTANT:
With us you don't expect ANY tax and or cleaning costs neither other hidden fees.
You get fresh sheets once a week and towels twice a week.
Your hosts speak both German and English and is able to give you good and important tips for your holiday.
ATTRACTIONS:
Kastela Riviera: Kastela consists of 7 small village cores, and builds one city. Each individual core exudes its own charm. Here you can experience first hand the lives of the locals.The fisherman with his morning catch, the market woman with self-picked fruits or the salamanders, looking for shade in the summer heat. You can enjoy good and cheap food in a romantic and rustic atmosphere at the same time. During the summer months there are numerous cultural festivals to which you are cordially invited.
Tip: One of the oldest olive trees in Europe about 500 years old is located within walking distance (15 min) away from our apartments.
Trogir: (ca.5min by car): Let yourself be carried away by a perfectly intact Old Town at the time of the rococo, they stroll through the streets and they look in the picturesque courtyards, which they have ever
seen.
MY TIP: Eat at one of the many romantic restaurants to approve hours later and then a walk through
the deserted town, this wonderful experience they will never forget.
Split: (ca.20min by car): Split is the capital of Dalmatia, with about 250,000 inhabitants the second largest city in the country. In Split, especially the urban core is built around the Diocletian's Palace is a must. Many shops and bars for every taste and are available (called Riva), a beach promenade Palmenüberhäufte invites for long walks. If they are already walking on, they are still running 10 minutes on the Marjan hill from which they have a dreamlike view of Split and the islands.
Krka waterfalls (approx. 1 hour by car): Another must is a visit to the Krka waterfalls (they already know, there where Winnetou was shot). Solid wooden walkways lead you through the jungle-like forest and leave again fantastic views of the many waterfalls (not forget your camera). To add insult to all this the crown,
they can swim to the bottom and waterfalls like Robinson Crusoe feel.
Brac Island: (1 hour by ferry from Split): Brac is the third largest island in Croatia and in the north, the limestone mined Bracer (Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate and are the white house in Washington built from this stone).
Hvar: (2 hours by ferry from Split), which is considered the sunniest island in Europe. The eponymous town of Hvar boasts a perfectly preserved old town, one of the oldest theater in the world and good restaurants.
